Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high‑volume periods (sales, new launches, holidays), processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KayKyn & Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping for Candles & Skincare
All candles and skincare items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. During warmer months, some products may soften or shift slightly — this does not affect product quality or performance.
